- Chocolate is prepared from cocoa seeds extracted from the large fruits produced by the cocoa tree. In each large fruit, there are at least 40 small seeds of cocoa seeds.
- The seeds are heated to a certain temperature and left for a few days until they ferment and turn brown as usual cocoa. The grains are then dried and sent to the chocolate factories.
- The grains are ground to get the cocoa powder and then the grains are seasoned to get the cocoa butter.
- Chocolate is made in its final form by mixing cocoa powder and cocoa butter with milk and sugar.
